Join us for a celebration of fibre, yarn, knitting, crochet, weaving, spinning, and more!
When you allow yourself to make from instinct rather than from rules, you return to a way of creating that was always yours.

About us
Our story
Twist and Stroud is a group of friends who enjoy (and may be a little obsessed with) crafting. Some of us knit, some of us crochet, but above all, we all love making!
It all began with a conversation between yarny friends: “Wouldn’t it be amazing to have a yarn festival in Stroud?” With its rich textile heritage, historic mills and canal network, Stroud felt like the perfect place to celebrate fibre in all its forms.
